2. Description of Service

codeQRcode provides a QR code management platform that allows users to:

  • Create dynamic QR codes with customizable destinations
  • Track scan analytics and statistics
  • Manage multiple QR code campaigns
  • Export data and reports (Premium/Enterprise)

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

  • Limited number of QR codes
  • 30-day analytics window
  • Basic features

Premium Plan

  • Unlimited QR codes
  • Full analytics history
  • CSV/PDF exports
  • Priority support

Enterprise Plan

  • All Premium features
  • SSO integration
  • API access
  • Dedicated support

5. Payment Terms

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • No refunds for partial billing periods

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Engage in phishing or fraudulent activities
  • Link to illegal content or promote illegal activities
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • All content and URLs linked through your QR codes
  • Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws
  • Obtaining necessary rights and permissions for your content

8. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features

9. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless codeQRcode from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms
